melt a cup of sugar to coat the inside of the pan dont burn it




six eggs use whipping handle whip for a few min til frothy




1 can condensed

1 can evaporated

a lil less than a cup of whole milk

a lil less than a cup of sugar

1/4 cup rum

splash vanilla




whip that good




dont burn urself on the sugar should be amber colored

let the sugar pot cool then soak in water sugar will come off




the more it whips the better. go until oven is ready. want sugar to harden in pan




oven 350 bake until it looks firm
